DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes! We do ship worldwide to available countries. If applicable, please place an order through our website. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing due to high volume, this does not include shipping. Shipping may take an additional 14-21 business days. Orders are shipped out directly from our domestic or international warehouses, depending on product availability. Our number one priority is to make sure that all orders are processed and shipped expeditiously. Due to the popularity of our products, if your order has not been received within the policy’s time frame, please wait 8-30 business days for your order to arrive (USA customers). Other countries can take an estimated 2-8 weeks (9- 60 days) due to distance traveling and holds at customs. 

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill and ship orders within 2-5 business days of the date of your purchase. Business days mean Monday - Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

Please note that the expected delivery date is provided by the courier, and is subject to change. For any questions regarding your parcel while in transit, please contact the courier directly. Thank you!

Note: There may be shipping delays between the dates of January 25th - February 8th if your package is being sent from one of our international warehouses. So please take this into consideration before placing your order during this time frame. 

What if an item I ordered is out of stock? 

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you. However, most of our items will be fully stocked because of in-house production. We can have product availability back to normal in a short time. So please do not be concerned about inventory. Upon request we will hold your entire order until all of it can ship. On the other hand, if you wish to request a refund, that option will be readily available using the original method of payment. 

 My Tracking Number Doesn't Work Or Update

We get many emails every day from customers asking why their tracking number doesn't work. When you receive an email from our system with your tracking link, it does not mean that the mail carrier has picked up your package from our warehouse yet. Your tracking number could still be processing through the carrier's system. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update. It may take a couple of days (1-7 days) to see any activity once it has shipped or while in transit. Please keep in mind it could take even longer during peak seasons, especially if your package is being shipped from our international warehouses.  We are asking for you to be patient.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us immediately at  customerservice@tricorium.com.

What should I do when tracking updates show my package was returned?

Please contact the courier and remember to provide your tracking number to find out more information. If you still cannot find your package, please contact Tricorium's customer service as soon as possible and we will be more than happy to resolve this issue.

Why was my order shipped separately?

Please do not panic! We can rest assure you that all your items will be delivered. We've partnered with a few of our trusted suppliers to bring you an even wider assortment of the products and brands you need. Items may be shipped from our domestic or international warehouses, depending on which one has product availability. You will receive an email notification when each parcel is shipped at no extra cost to you.    

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our US orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. For International orders, some exclusions may apply, please contact  customerservice@tricorium.com for more details. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we do apologize for the inconvenience. The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a replacement.  

 WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

Please understand, payment of these charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by us. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination. Since these fees may be determined by your local customs office, you'll need to contact them with all inquiries, requests, and or concerns.
