Refund Policy


  1. Eco pads, menstrual underwear, and certain accessories can be conditionally returned for up to 14 days of receiving the item. Upon inspection, a full refund may not be provided if items have been used, worn and or washed. We take the health of our customers very seriously here at Tricorium. 
  2. Menstrual cups cannot be exchanged or returned, except for workmanship defects.        
  3. Tricorium may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviors that entitles Tricorium to a corresponding counterclaim.
  4. You may contact us if you have any questions about our refund policy.
  5. Tricorium return policy does cover workmanship defects on all products.
  6. Please email with pictures and/or video of the product supporting your claim of defect. Upon arrival, you will receive notification that we have received your request. We will forward the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product.
  7. Tricorium reserves the right to deny or approve the claim.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the decision of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 Business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, it may take more time before your refund post.
Next contact your bank, There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All Products

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the merchandise has been obtained on our end.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser and the purchaser will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. To guarantee your refund please use a traceable mail service, we will not be accountable for lost, non-deliverable, or missing returned packages. 

Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be inspected. If your refund has been approved, your reimbursement will be dispensed to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be dispatched to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

If you are returning an item over $50, consider using a reputable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. There's no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Cancellations must be made 24 hours of the original ordering time. We are unable to adjust, cancel, rescind, modify, or change orders once processed and/or shipped. To ensure accuracy, please review all information before submitting an order. Within the first 24-hour window upon cancellations, please allow our cancellations department 3-5 days to review your request to cancel. Upon their findings we will make refunds as per our policy.
