HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can place an order through our website. If you are a non-US resident that wants to purchase from Tricorium, we do ship worldwide to available countries. 

HOW CAN I MAKE MY PAYMENT?

There are different ways you can choose to pay at our website. You can choose PayPal, credit card, and others.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?

During the processing phase, within 5-7 business days you will be able to obtain a tracking number. If you have not yet received your tracking number within 7 business days, kindly send us an email at customerservice@tricorium.com.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRACK MY PACKAGE WHEN MY TRACKING NUMBER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

No, it may take a couple of days (1-7 days) to see any activity once it has shipped out from our end. Your tracking number could still be processing through the carrier's system. Please keep in mind it could take even longer during peak seasons, especially if your package is being shipped from one of our international warehouses. We are asking for you to be patient. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us immediately at customerservice@tricorium.com.

HOW FAST CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing due to high volume, this does not include shipping. Shipping may take an additional 14-21 business days. For more information, please review our Shipping Policy page.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

  1. Eco pads, menstrual underwear, and certain accessories can be conditionally returned for up to 14 days of receiving the item. Upon inspection, a full refund may not be provided if items have been used, worn and or washed. We take the health of our customers very seriously here at Tricorium.
  2. Menstrual cups cannot be exchanged or returned, except for workmanship defects.

Why was my order shipped separately?

Please do not panic! We can rest assure you that all your items will be delivered. We've partnered with a few of our trusted suppliers to bring you an even wider assortment of the products and brands you need at no additional cost.

OH NO! MY PACKAGE MAYBE LOST OR STUCK IN THE MAIL!

Don't worry, all of our US orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. For International orders, some exclusions may apply, please contact  customerservice@tricorium.com for more details. The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a replacement. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for more information.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

Cancellations must be made 24 hours of the original ordering time. We are unable to adjust, cancel, rescind, modify, or change orders once processed and/or shipped. To ensure accuracy, please review all information before submitting an order. Within the first 24 hour window upon cancellations, please allow our cancellations department 3-5 days to review your request to cancel. Upon their findings we will make refunds as per our policy. You will receive an email confirmation with your cancellation order number. Please allow 7-10 business days to be refunded.
